Introduction This website is operated by EuroSummer, Inc. doing business as Vollkorn. Throughout the site, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Vollkorn. By accessing our site or purchasing our bread, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and policies.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and partners. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not access our services.

1. Online Store & Eligibility By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • Lawful Use: You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate access to our Services immediately upon any breach of these terms.

2. Terms of Sale & Subscriptions Vollkorn offers a subscription service to ensure you always have fresh bread.

  • Automatic Renewal: By selecting a subscription, you authorize EuroSummer, Inc. (via our secure third-party processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

  • Control: You maintain full control. You may skip, pause, or adjust deliveries at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation: Subscriptions are continuous. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by emailing hi@vollkornbread.com.

3. Shipping, Handling & Perishability Our bread is crafted with time and patience, then frozen to lock in freshness.

  • Logistics: We utilize third-party couriers for shipping. Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier.

  • Inspection: Upon delivery, you are responsible for inspecting the package. To ensure quality, items must be placed in the freezer or baked immediately upon arrival.

  • Responsibility: The risk of loss and title for the product pass to you at the moment the carrier delivers the package to your address.

4. Returns & Refunds Because our bread is perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, we stand by our quality.

  • Damages: If your order arrives spoiled, damaged, or mishandled by the carrier, please contact hi@vollkornbread.com on the day of arrival with photos. We will arrange a refund or credit.

  • Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied for other reasons, please contact us within seven (7) days. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.

5. Intellectual Property The storytelling, photography, and design on this site represent the heart of the Vollkorn brand.

  • Ownership: All content is the property of EuroSummer, Inc. and is protected by US and international copyright laws.

  • Usage: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of our Service or visual assets without our express written permission.

6. Allergen & Product Information We believe in transparency regarding what goes into our bread.

  • Allergens: You are responsible for managing your food allergies. Our products are processed in facilities that may handle nuts, seeds, and gluten.

  • Variations: As an artisanal product, minor variations in color, texture, and shape may occur compared to website imagery. This is the nature of real sourdough.

7. Limitation of Liability Vollkorn provides its service "as is." While we strive for perfection, we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • Liability Cap: In no case shall EuroSummer, Inc., our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, beyond the monetary amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
