What type of plans do you offer?
We offer 2 types of subscription plans: Custom and Curated.Â
Custom Plan: Our most popular option allows you to choose specific loafs & rolls of our sortiment. It's available in 2 sizes: Classic, which up to 20 items, and Big, which includes up to 40 items.
Curated Plan: Our master bakers created two pre-selected box options to choose from - The Foundation Box or the Discovery Box. The Curated Plan is best for customers who want to try Vollkorn for the first time.

What are your shipping rates?
Always Free Shipping. All our boxes are shipped free. There is only one price. No hidden fees or taxes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You are free to pause or cancel at any time directly from your account page. There are no hidden fees or long-term commitments.
Product & Care
How long will my bread stay fresh?
Because we do not use artificial preservatives, our bread behaves like real food. In your freezer, it maintains its quality for up to six months. Once you have baked it, we recommend enjoying it within 2–3 days for the best texture. Slices or rolls can be toasted to refresh the crust.
Are your products vegan?
Our recipes are plant-based and vegan. However, we believe in total transparency: some of our loaves and rolls are crafted in a bakery that also handles milk and eggs. If you have a strict allergy, please review the specific ingredient list on the product page.
Where can I find nutritional information?
You can find full ingredient lists and nutrition facts under the tabs on each product page online, as well as on the physical packaging. We use honest ingredients and have nothing to hide. If you do not find it, please write us.
What equipment do I need?
You do not need special equipment to achieve a professional result. A standard conventional oven and a baking sheet are sufficient. We bring the bakery to you.

What if my baking result isn't perfect?
Every oven is slightly different. If you followed the instructions but aren't satisfied with the result, please reach out to us. We want to ensure you get the perfect slice.
Preparation & Baking
What is the difference between Fully Baked and Par-Baked?
We offer two methods to ensure you experience that "fresh out of the oven" aroma.
85% Par-Baked: These products are partially baked by us. The final 15% happens in your oven (8–15 minutes). This "wakes up" the crust and gives you a warm, bakery-quality result.
Fully Baked: These are ready to eat once thawed. If you have an oven, we still recommend a quick warm-up to crispen the outside.
Do I need to thaw the bread before baking?
Yes, we recommend it. For our larger Loaves, thawing ensures the center bakes evenly without burning the crust.
Tip: Move the bread from the freezer to your refrigerator the night before. In the morning, it will be ready for the oven.

Shipping and Delivery
How should I store my order?
As soon as your box arrives, place the items directly into your freezer. This locks in the freshness until you are ready to bake.
Do I need to be home to accept the delivery?
No, a signature is not required. We pack your order with sufficient insulation and coolant to keep it stable on your doorstep. However, because our products are frozen, we recommend moving them to your freezer as soon as possible—ideally within 6 to 8 hours of arrival.
What condition will the products arrive in?
Your order should arrive frozen or refrigerator-cold (below 4°C / 40°F). It is normal for some softening to occur during transit. As long as the products feel cold to the touch, they can be safely placed in your freezer to preserve their quality until you are ready to bake.
My schedule changes often. Is the delivery flexible?
Yes. We understand that life changes. You can adjust your billing date or pause your deliveries through your account settings. Once an order is processed, it typically arrives within 2–5 days.
Can I change how often I receive a box?
You have full control. You can adjust your delivery frequency—whether you need fresh bread every two weeks or every six—to match your consumption.
Note: Adjustments to frequency generally apply to future cycles. If you need to delay an immediate shipment, please check your next billing date directly.
