Returns Because our bread is perishable and baked to be enjoyed fresh, we cannot accept returns once a box has shipped. We guarantee safe delivery to the address provided on your order, assuming the package is collected on the scheduled delivery date.

Refunds & Resolutions We are committed to ensuring your bread arrives in perfect condition. We cover the following issues under our refund policy:

  • Items damaged prior to shipping.

  • Carrier delays or mishandling that result in warm or damaged products.

  • Missing items from your order.

If you encounter any of these issues, please email hi@vollkornbread.com.

Additionally, if you are unsatisfied with your Vollkorn Box for a valid reason, contact us within seven days of receipt. We will review the situation and provide a fair resolution, which may include a replacement, credit toward your next box, or a refund.

Note: Our full satisfaction guarantee applies specifically to first-time orders.

Cancellations You are free to cancel your subscription at any time before payment is processed. If a cancellation request is made after the billing occurs, the order will be fulfilled, and the cancellation will take effect for the following cycle.

Exceptions & Responsibility To ensure freshness, our logistics are precise. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Deliveries failed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

  • Refusal of delivery when shipped according to terms.

  • Spoilage caused by a failure to retrieve the package on the delivery date.

Please ensure your details are current in your customer portal before your scheduled charge date.

Reshipments If an order requires reshipping due to an address error or missed collection on your part, we are happy to send a fresh replacement at 50% of the original cost.
